The owners of Elliott Pointe Apartments, located at 2226 Elliott Avenue, are proposing to construct an addition to their apartment building. The Alaskan Way Viaduct scheduled demolition creates an opportunity for this addition.
In anticipation of the Alaskan Way Viaduct demolition, the owners of Elliott Pointe Apartments are requesting a street vacation from the City of Seattle in order to construct a new apartment building addition adjacent to their existing property (2226 Elliott Avenue).
